Ridgway 1st grade students visit the farm

CCOYA hosted a field trip for the Ridgway Elementary 1st grade. The kids got to enjoy a honey bee talk by Ryan Magaro, stormwater management by Jenn Dixon of the Cameron County Conservation District, trapping by Jon-Marc Burdick of the Cameron County Conservation District and fishing at the Andrews’ pond. The weather was perfect and made for a beautiful day! Thank you to Ryan Magaro, The Cameron County Conservation District and to the youth helpers for all the great work today!!
